A Warm Welcome to our home

Before you arrive, we'll send you the house keys. A spare key will also be held by our local caretaker who speaks excellent English. If you encounter any issues, the caretaker is anormally available to assist you

The house will be ready for your arrival, with the beds made and fresh linens and towels provided. There should be plenty of hot water but if it runs out it will reheat in 20-30 minutes.

Winter Evenings by the Fireplace

Like many local homes, our house features a large wood-burning stove. On chilly evenings, simply light the fire in the living room to warm up the main living area. The heat will quickly spread into the rest of the house after a few hours the house will be cozy. The wood is high-quality olive wood, known for its excellent burning properties. You'll find a supply of firewood stored outside in the courtyard.

Additional Heating Options

For added warmth, small storage heaters are available in the games room and courtyard bedroom.

Summer

We don't have air conditioning but in hot weather keep the blinds shut during the day and rooms in the house should stay cool. There are fans in the bedrooms

Comfortable Accommodations for Everyone

The house features three double bedrooms—two inside the main house and one in the courtyard bedroom—ensuring plenty of space for a comfortable stay.

Each bedroom is equipped with simple storage rails or drawers for your clothes and belongings.

There are towels in the upstairs bathroom which you are welcome to use. 

If you need additional linen, you'll find a supply in the storage units located under the beds. And if you require anything else, don't hesitate to message us or ask the caretaker.

New Shutters for Enhanced Shading

The house features newly installed shutters on every window, which provide good shade from the sun. These shutters are unique to the region and may require a brief familiarisation with their operating mechanism.

To close the shutters, gently pull the brown band outwards and then allow it to drop down. To open them, simply pull the white cord downwards to adjust their height. Each window is equipped with a locking mechanism, allowing you to open them fully or partially as needed.

Windows are also all equipped with fly nets and although there are not major problems in the area with flies or mosquitos it is worth using the fly nets in the summer

Well-Equipped Kitchen for Your Needs

The kitchen features a modern four-ring electric convection cooker with a spacious oven, providing ample space for your cooking needs. The kitchen is fully stocked with essential cooking equipment, including pots, pans, kettles, and more.

A small under-counter fridge is available in the kitchen. 

Additionally, we've enough crockery and cutlery for up to eight people.

There is no dishwasher but we do have a washing machine you are welcome to use.

Two Bathrooms

The house has two bathrooms, one on the ground floor and one on the first floor. Both bathrooms are equipped with showers above the bathtub.

The house's hot water is supplied by an electric heater, which provides enough hot water for three to four showers before requiring 15-20 minutes to reheat. If you're staying with a large group, we recommend staggering showers slightly to ensure a consistent supply of hot water.

General Waste

There should be bin liners under the sink. As with locals in the village, you will need to take the full bags around 100m down Calle Sol to the right as you leave the house. 

Recycling

We have recycling containers in the lobby between the kitchen and downstairs bathroom. The bins 100m down Calle Sol next to the general waste also take some recycling in separate bins. Glass recycling however is in bins on the main road in the village at various points.

Secure Storage for Your Gear

The house has a spacious outdoor storage room, perfect for storing bikes, outdoor equipment, and other belongings. 

A Note from Our Cleaner

Upon your departure, please kindly strip all the beds and leave the used linens and towels in the upstairs bathroom. 

Additionally, please leave the 50 Euro cleaning fee on the kitchen worktop if you have used 2 bedrooms or 75 euros if you have also used the outside bedroom.

Stay Connected and Entertained

Enjoy high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the house and seamless internet access. The living room features two sets of plugs with USB adapters, and additional USB adapter cables are available for your convenience.

The games room features a Pool Table and a Tennis table cover 

For entertainment, the games room offers a television capable of playing DVDs, along with a selection of English DVDs. We're always on the lookout for more, so feel free to bring along your favorite films.

Additionally, the games room features a few classic games for nostalgic fun!
